Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for your next opportunity?

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to supporting safe, comfortable homes.

This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties — helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility with working hours and travel
