We're looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative with strong plumbing experience to join our team. If you take pride in delivering quality work, enjoy variety, and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
You'll work across Alton and the surrounding areas, carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to prepare homes for new customers.
- Working closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams, you'll help ensure properties are ready to let quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
- While this is a multi-trade role, we're particularly keen to hear from operatives with strong plumbing skills, including repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out plumbing repairs, replacements and installations.
- Completing a range of general property repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Preparing homes so they're safe, welcoming and ready for new customers.
- Working with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process.
- Delivering a great service and taking pride in getting things right first time.
