Job Type: Permanent

Location: Staines
Salary: £40,000 per annum
A Multi Trade Operative is required, working for a reputable property services contractor. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties across North and North West London. Candidates should have strong experience across multiple trades and be able to deliver high-quality repairs whilst providing excellent customer service.

Daily Responsibilities
- Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
- Completing a variety of multi-trade works including plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, painting and decorating
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Providing a high level of customer service to residents
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Working within a designated local patch where possible
Requirements Of a Multi Trade Operative
- Previous social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs experience
- Strong multi-trade skillset with experience carrying out a variety of repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
