Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime
Location: Rainham, East London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team!!!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Rainham and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Ensure works are carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

Requirements:
- Reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring.
- Ability to provide good customer care.
