The Multi Trade Operative Role
Safety & support come first—health and safety is a core part of this role, ensuring protection for you, our business, and our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Multi-trade expertise: Perform tasks across plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair

Reactive & proactive work: Attend emergency call-outs, routine repairs, and planned refurbishments in void properties

Common repairs: Fix leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, kitchen/bathroom faults, broken taps, and general maintenance

Customer-focused: Operate as part of a team or independently, fostering strong relationships with residents

Urgent emergency call-outs will be part of the workload, coordinated via rota system.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
✔ NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trades discipline ✔ Full UK driving licence (standard eligibility requirements apply)
