Multi Trader / Property Maintenance Operative
📍 Location: Wandsworth and surrounding areas
🕐 Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
At MNM Property Services, we are a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across London. We are seeking experienced Multi Traders from various trade backgrounds to join our growing team.
About the Role
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in trades such as:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Roofing
- Brickwork
- Kitchen & bathroom fitting
- General property maintenance
💰 Pay & Benefits
- £18–£20 per hour (based on experience)

🕐 Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Primary areas: Wandsworth and surrounding London regions
🔧 Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or a recognised trade
- Experience conducting repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
- Social housing experience is desirable but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence (required to cover job travel)
- Own tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional and reliable approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional trade skills are highly desirable
📋 Responsibilities
- Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
- Carry out a range of maintenance and multi-trade works
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
- Record measurements, materials used, and completed work
- Take before-and-after photographs where necessary
- Report job progress and any encountered issues
- Identify and recommend follow-on works when required
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused stance while working in residents’ homes
