We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in and around Swadlincote. This is a customer-facing role where quality, care, and getting things right first time really matter.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Typical Tasks Will Include
- General multi-trade repairs (carpentry, minor plumbing, patch plastering, basic tiling, etc.)
- Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day repair issues
- Working professionally in residents' homes with a strong customer focus
- Completing work to agreed SLAs and company standards
- Accurately updating job records using a mobile device

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven trade background (multi-skilled)
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
- Experience in social housing responsive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach in residents' homes
