We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Painter to join our Voids team based in the Exmouth area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers properties.

We want to hear from people who are truly passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and the properties in which they live.

Competitive basic salary of £35,530 with the potential to earn up to £39,586

The Multi Trade Painter Role

Specialising in Painting and Decorating, you will be responsible for carrying out redecoration works to our customers properties

  • You will also be required to carry out small repairs in other trades such as carpentry and plumbing, where necessary
  • You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly

What You Will Bring As a Multi Trade Painter

  • You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2, ideally in Painting and Decorating
  • Experience in basic property maintenance repairs out of Painting works
  • Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
  • A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
