Are you a qualified, and experienced tradesperson with experience working within the social housing sector along with the drive and commitment to succeed and further your career in a rewarding new position within a friendly and professional refurbishment team? If so, we may be able to help. Arvag Ltd works with several housing associations and is now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi-traders to join our refurbishment team covering North and South London contracts in occupied, and void properties.

Ideally, a tradesperson who has experience in social housing carrying out works using NHF schedule of rates and undertaking works including:
- disrepair works
- damp works
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet Room installations
- decorations
- window and door installations/repairs
- Cap and Cove wet room flooring including hot welds
- Brickwork
- Rendering
- Plastering
- Carpet/vinyl floor coverings
- Investigative works
We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate must have a current CSCS card and asbestos awareness.

- Area: North and South London including surrounding areas
- Salary: Competitive £31,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
