Do you have a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance works? Then this may just be the perfect role for you!
We’re looking to bring on board Multi Trade Technicians, who thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The role will be based across London, and you will be provided with a company van for work purposes.
About the Role
You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department, delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service. You’ll successfully execute works to a high standard, aligning with all details in the order to:

Requirements & Criteria
Industry Experience
- A proven track record working in a Housing/Maintenance/Construction environment
- Relevant trade qualification(s) and/or experience in building maintenance & repairs
Health & Safety Commitment
- Strong understanding and application of health and safety obligations, including statutory requirements
Driving & Licensing
- Full UK driving licence with:
- No more than six penalty points
- No serious motoring offences (CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT) in the last 10 years
- Minimum of two years’ driving experience
