A Multi Trader is required for a contractor based in Basildon. The role involves property services and requires mobility to engage with tenants. The company is very well established.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out repairs and day-to-day re-active maintenance work
- Handling all aspects of plumbing
- Managing all aspects of carpentry
- Maintaining a multi-skill-set
- Completing jobs on time
- Providing good service to tenants
Requirements
- Must have experience in social housing as the work is conducted on social properties daily
- A full UK driving license
- Must hold a NVQ qualification
