🔨 Multi-Trader – Voids | Crawley
At WPS, we're committed to creating safe, well-maintained homes and communities across the UK. As part of our Property Services division, we maintain over 500,000 social housing properties, helping residents live in secure and comfortable homes.
We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our Crawley Responsive Business Unit, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works to void properties prior to new tenants moving in.
🏠 What You'll Be Doing
- Completing repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties
- Carrying out multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Identifying and resolving property defects
- Accurately recording completed works and materials used
- Following Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures at all times
🧰 What You'll Bring
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
- Experience within social housing repairs, maintenance, or voids
- Strong multi-trade skills and a quality-focused approach
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
