Multichannel Merchandiser

Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser for Concessions and Wholesale, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profit with several concession and wholesale partners. You will be the key contact for those partners, helping to shape strategy, financial plans and, with the support/guidance of the Senior Merchandiser for Concessions and Wholesale, leading trading activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price to maximise profitability and meet the demands of each partner. This role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and effective communication abilities.

Depending on the role, you will have line management responsibility for at least one Trainee Merchandiser.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Forecasting:

    • Stay up to date on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics through regular partner engagement, market research, and analysis.
    • With the Senior Buyer/Buyer, develop seasonal strategies for each partner, building ranges and commercial objectives to deliver these strategies.
    • Analyse sales data, partner feedback, and historical trends to predict future demand and make informed merchandising decisions.
  • Assortment Planning:

    • Collaborate with buyers and partners to curate a compelling product assortment that aligns with both the Sosandar aesthetic and each partner’s audience.
    • Develop seasonal merchandising plans, including product mix, quantities, and pricing strategies, to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels and sell-through rates to ensure optimal stock levels while minimising excess inventory and markdowns.
    • Work closely with product buying/merchandising on critical paths to ensure on-time delivery of range.
    • Lead the product set-up process for partner sites, ensuring monthly launches land and go live on time every time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
