We are expanding our Southside SC store in London and are looking for a passionate Multifunctional Sales Associate to join us.
Schedule & Requirements
- 12 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday
- Flexibility required
The Role: Multifunctional Sales Associate
The Multifunctional Sales Associate will enhance the customer experience, contribute to sales growth, and uphold MANGO’s image and service standards. You’ll assist with cashier duties and support store operations while maintaining a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring positive interactions aligned with MANGO’s brand values.
- Engage customers meaningfully to meet their needs and drive satisfaction.

Sales Contribution
- Actively boost store sales by understanding customer preferences and recommending tailored products.
- Utilise product knowledge to assist customers and drive interest.

Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Ensure proper register balancing.

Stockroom Support
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, organising, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth distribution to the sales floor.

Image & Service Standards
- Maintain MANGO’s**,** elevated image and professional service delivery.
- Present the store impeccably to reflect brand excellence.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the team to support business goals.
- Share insights to continually enhance the customer experience.
