JOIN THE MANGO TEAM – Multifunctional Sales Associate
Location: Southside SC Store – London Hours: 12 hours per week Schedule: Flexible (Monday to Sunday)

Your Role: Multifunctional Sales Associate
You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, driving store sales, and maintaining MANGO’s standards across sales, cashier duties, and stockroom operations.
Responsibilities
🌟 Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional service to customers, aligning every interaction with MANGO’s brand values.
- Ensure customers leave with a positive, consistent experience.
💰 Sales Contribution
- Engage customers actively to understand their preferences.
- Recommend complementary products to increase basket value and sales.
- Build trust and rapport to drive long-term loyalty.
💳 Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage returns/exchanges with professionalism and patience.
- Reconcile cash registers, track discrepancies, and ensure proper handling.

📦 Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organising, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Support stock distribution on the sales floor.
🎨 Image and Service Standards
- Enforce MANGO’s visual standards—store presentation, promotion displays, and branding consistency.
- Uphold high-quality service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
🛍️ Product Knowledge Utilisation
- Deep knowledge of collections, trends, and features to provide expert product recommendations.
- Engagingly communicate product benefits to spark customer interest.
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to support store objectives.
- Share insights for continuous service improvement.
