The Role
MANGO is seeking a Multifunctional Sales Associate for our Sheffield, Meadowhall store (16 hours per week, evenings and weekends required). This is a fixed-term position.
Our Multifunctional Sales Associate will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Contribute to store sales growth.
- Maintain Mango’s brand image and customer service standards.
- Cover cashier duties.
- Support stockroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects MANGO’s brand values.
- Ensure customer needs are met for a positive shopping experience.
Sales Contribution
- Actively engage with customers to drive sales growth.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.

Cashier Duties
- Efficiently process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register balancing.
Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.
Image & Service Standards
- Keep the store well-presented and aligned with MANGO’s brand.
- Deliver consistent, professional service.
Product Knowledge
- Use product expertise to assist customers effectively.
- Highlight key features and benefits to stimulate interest and sales.
Team Collaboration
- Work effectively with the store team to achieve business goals.
- Share insights and feedback to enhance customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Customer-focused, proactive, and responsible.
- Capable of multitasking across sales, cashier, and stockroom functions.
- Skilled at engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining high service standards.
