Multifunctional Sales Associate – King’s Road, London (20 hours/week)

About the Role
For our store in King’s Road, London, we are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team. This role operates from Monday to Sunday at 20 hours per week.
This position is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, boosting sales, and maintaining our brand standards while managing both cashier duties and supporting stockroom operations.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring shoppers have a fulfilling experience that aligns with MANGO’s brand values.
Sales Contribution
- Actively engage with customers to increase store sales by identifying preferences and recommending suitable products.

Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and register balancing.
Stockroom Support
- Assist in stock operations: receiving, organising, and replenishing merchandise; maintaining accurate inventory and distributing stock to the sales floor.
Image & Service Standards
- Uphold MANGO’s image and customer service standards, ensuring a professional, well-presented store.
Product Knowledge
- Use expertise in MANGO products to advise customers, highlighting key features to drive interest and sales.
Team Collaboration
- Work alongside the team to support business goals, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
