We’re seeking a dedicated Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team in London’s King’s Road store.
The Role
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) Location: Manago store at King’s Road, London
The Multifunctional Sales Associate plays a key role in:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Increasing store sales
- Maintaining MANGO’s brand image & service standards
- Handling cashier duties
- Supporting stockroom operations
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional service aligned with MANGO’s brand values.
- Ensure customers’ needs are met, resulting in a positive shopping experience.
- Actively engage to create loyal, satisfied customers.

Sales Contribution
- Drive store sales by understanding customer preferences and recommending relevant products.
- Build relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally.
- Balance registers and maintain cash handling integrity.
Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and merchandising stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely restocking of products.
- Support smooth operations between warehouse and sales floor.
Brand & Service Standards
- Uphold MANGO’s high image and service excellence.
- Maintain store presentation and deliver consistent, professional customer care.
Product Knowledge Matters
- Leverage expertise to guide customers effectively.
- Showcase product benefits to increase interest and sales.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Share insights, feedback, and suggestions to enhance the customer journey.
