Multifunctional Sales Associate – Southside SC, London (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at the new store in Southside, SC – London.
Work Arrangement:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday (flexibility required)
The Multifunctional Sales Associate will ensure the best customer experience while:
- Increasing store sales
- Maintaining MANGO’s image and customer service standards
- Handling cashier duties
- Supporting stockroom operations
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive tailored assistance that aligns with MANGO’s brand values.
- Make every shopping experience positive and reflect our premium style.
Sales Contribution
- Actively drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending MANGO’s products.

Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Balance registers and maintain cash control.
Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to support inventory accuracy.
- Ensure smooth distribution of stock to the sales floor.
Image & Service Standards Maintenance
- Uphold MANGO’s high standards of presentation, store cleanliness, and professional service delivery.
Product Knowledge & Utilisation
- Use product expertise to assist customers effectively, highlighting key features and benefits that drive interest and sales.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to support store goals and share insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
About You
The ideal Multifunctional Sales Associate is:
- Customer-centric, proactive, and responsible.
- Able to multitask across sales, cashier, and stockroom functions.
- Skilled in:
- Engaging customers to drive sales
- Maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.
