Your New Position
For our new store in Southside, SC – London, we are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team.
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday
- Flexibility: Required
The Multifunctional Sales Associate Role
The Multifunctional Sales Associate ensures the best customer experience, contributes to increasing store sales, maintains MANGO’s image, and upholds customer service standards. This role also includes cashier duties and stockroom support.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Excellence: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers reflect MANGO’s brand values and have a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Contribution: Actively drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending tailored products.
- Cashier Duties: Process transactions efficiently, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate cash/register balance.
- Stockroom Support: Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and timely sales floor distribution.
- Image & Service Standards: Maintain MANGO’s standards for store presentation and professional service delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize expertise to assist customers, highlighting product features and benefits that drive interest and sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives.
