Multifunctional Sales Associate (Part-Time) – Mango London

The Role
For our store in [Angel Central, SC, London], we are recruiting a Multifunctional Sales Associate to contribute to our team on a part-time basis.
- Workload: 24 hours per week
- Hours: Monday to Sunday
- Contract: Fixed-term
The Multifunctional Sales Associate will ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, maintain MANGO’s brand image, handle cashier duties, and support stockroom operations.

- Provide outstanding service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience that aligns with MANGO’s brand values.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Sales Contribution
- Help increase store sales by recommending products tailored to customer preferences.
- Utilise product knowledge to assist buyers effectively.

Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and smooth register operations.

Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organising, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.

Standards Maintenance
- Uphold MANGO’s high service and representation standards.
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and welcoming store environment.

Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively to support business goals.
- Share insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
About You
We’re looking for a customer-focused, proactive, and responsible professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, multifunctional environment. You’ll need:
- Strong communication skills to engage customers.
- Ability to multitask between sales, cash handling, and stock operations.
- Attention to detail in inventory, cash management, and service standards.
- Willingness to contribute to team success and sales growth.
