Multifunctional Sales Associate – Cambridge, Grand Arcade SC

Joining our team as a Multifunctional Sales Associate in Cambridge is an opportunity to help deliver exceptional customer service, boost store sales, and uphold MANGO’s global brand standards—all while supporting both the front of house and stockroom operations.
Your Main Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence Provide exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience that reflects MANGO’s core values—creativity, innovation, and authenticity.

Sales Contribution Actively increase store revenue by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending tailored products.

Cashier Duties Manage cashier operations efficiently:
- Process transactions accurately.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally.
- Ensure proper cash handling and balance registers daily.

Stockroom Support Assist in stockroom functions to maintain smooth store operations:
- Receive, organise, and replenish merchandise.
- Keep inventory accurate and ensure timely distribution to sales floors.

Image & Service Standards Uphold MANGO’s professional presentation and service standards—both in customer interactions and store appearance.

Product Knowledge Leverage your understanding of MANGO’s collections to highlight key features, answer questions, and drive interest and sales.

Team Collaboration Work closely with the store team to support business goals, fostering a positive environment and sharing insights to enhance customer experience.
