Your Role – Multifunctional Sales Associate
For our Paddington store, we’re seeking a vibrant, self-motivated team player to join us on a fix-term contract (24 hours/week, Monday–Sunday). Your key responsibilities align with elevating the MANGO brand while delivering exceptional customer service:
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers warmly, embodying our cordial, service-focused attitude
- Master product knowledge to provide accurate, tailored advice
- Multitask efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining exemplary service
- Align with sales targets, aiming for individual and team success
- Prioritise customer experience above all tasks
- Understand and adapt to customer needs to boost sales
- Uphold an attractive, welcoming store environment

About You
We’re looking for:
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for service
- Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers
- Experience in fashion retail is desirable (not mandatory)
- Energy and passion for authentic representation of the MANGO brand
