The Position
We are seeking a Multifunctional Sales Associate for our White City (WN) store.
Contract: 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
The main role involves:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience that aligns with MANGO’s brand values.
- Contributing to increased store sales by engaging with customers and recommending tailored products.
- Conducting cashier duties, including processing payments, handling returns, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Supporting stockroom operations, including:
- Merchandise receiving and organisation
- Replenishing inventory
- Maintaining sales floor stock accuracy
- Upholding Mango’s standards for service quality and store presentation.
- Using product expertise to assist customers and promote relevant features and benefits.
- Collaborating with the store team to improve customer experience and business performance.
