The Position
For our store on King’s Rd, London, we are seeking a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team (32 hours/week, including Mon-Sun shifts).
The Role: As a Multifunctional Sales Associate, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences, contribute to sales growth, and uphold Mango’s brand standards. You’ll handle cashier duties, support stockroom operations, and collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless shopping journey aligned with Mango’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring needs are met.
- Deliver a positive shopping experience that aligns with Mango’s brand values.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively increase store sales by engaging with customers and recommending tailored products.
- Use your product knowledge to highlight key benefits and drive interest/sales.

Cashier Duties
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Manage returns and exchanges professionally.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register balancing.
Stockroom & Inventory Support
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.
Service & Presentation Standards
- Uphold Mango’s image, ensuring the store is well-presented and service is consistent and professional.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance collective service delivery.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are customer-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- Can multitask across sales, cashiering, and stock management.
- Excel in engaging with customers and driving sales growth.
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation.
