Role Overview
We are hiring a Multifunctional Sales Associate ( частичная занятость, 32 hours per week) to join our team in our King’s Rd., London store. The role combines sales, customer service, cashiering, and stockroom support to ensure top-tier service and sales growth.
Hours: Monday to Sunday
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction aligns with Mango’s brand values.
- Go above and beyond to meet customer needs and create a positive, memorable shopping experience.
2. Sales Contribution
- Actively drive sales growth by engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending tailored products.
- Highlight key features of products to maximise conversions and customer satisfaction.

3. Cashier Duties
- Efficiently handle cashier operations, including:
- Processing sales and returns/exchanges swiftly and accurately.
- Managing cash transactions and ensuring register accuracy.
- Balancing cash and resolving discrepancies professionally.
4. Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organising, and replenishing stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient back-of-house area.
5. Brand & Service Standards
- Uphold Mango’s visual and service standards, ensuring the store is immaculately presented.
- Represent the brand professionally and authentically at all times.
6. Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Share insights and feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience.
