YOUR NEW POSITION
For our store in White City WN, London, we are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate (part-time, 40 hours/week, over five days, Monday to Sunday, fixed-term).
This role involves ensuring an exceptional customer experience, contributing to sales growth, maintaining MANGO’s brand standards, cashier operations, and supporting stockroom tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional service to reflect MANGO’s brand values.
- Meet customer needs efficiently and create a positive shopping experience.
Sales Contribution
- Actively increase store sales by engaging with customers.
- Understand preferences and recommend suitable products.

Cashier & POS Duties
- Process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and balance cash accurately.
- Maintain register integrity and efficiency.
Stockroom & Inventory Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution to sales floors.
Brand & Service Standards
- Maintain high store presentation and professional service consistency.
- Uphold MANGO’s image through image and service excellence.
Product Knowledge & Engagement
- Use product expertise to assist customers effectively.
- Highlight features and benefits to drive sales.
Team Collaboration
- Work cohesively with the team to support business goals.
- Share insights and feedback for a superior customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Customer-focused, proactive, and responsible.
- Adaptable enough to multitask across sales, cashier, and stockroom duties.
- Skilled in engaging customers while driving sales and maintaining high service/presentation standards.
