Your New Position
For our store in White City WN, London—we are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)
- Contract: Fixed term
The Multifunctional Sales Associate ensures the best customer experience, contributes to increasing store sales, and maintains Mango’s image and service standards while performing cashier duties and supporting stockroom operations.

Customer Experience Excellence
- Provide exceptional service to customers, meeting their needs with positivity and ensuring a memorable shopping experience aligned with Mango’s brand values.

Sales Contribution
- Actively engage with customers to understand preferences—recommending products that align with their desires.
- Drive sales through product recommendations and enthusiastic service.
Cashier Duties
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and cash handling securely.
- Ensure register accuracy and smooth checkout experiences.
Stockroom Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support timely product distribution.
Service & Image Standards
- Uphold Mango’s brand presentation and consistent service excellence.
Product Knowledge
- Leverage product expertise to assist customers effectively, highlighting key features to drive interest.
Team Collaboration
- Work cohesively with the team to support business goals.
- Share insights to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operations.
About You
The ideal candidate must be:
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Able to multitask across sales, cashier, and stockroom functions.
- Skilled at engaging customers while maintaining high service and presentation standards.
