Position: Multifunctional Sales Associate
Location: Mango store, King’s Road, London
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday)
Your new role will be multifunctional, blending sales, customer service, financial duties, and operational support to deliver exceptional experiences while elevating store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Your diverse responsibilities will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences, including:
- Customer experience excellence: Log every interaction with warmth and authenticity, embodying Mango’s aesthetic and service philosophy to create lasting impressions and drive loyalty.
- Sales performance: Engage customers with product insights, building trust and driving incremental sales through proactive, bespoke recommendations.
- Cash handling & transactions: Manage cash registers with precision, processing payments, reconciliations, and returns efficiently while maintaining security and compliance.
- Stock and operations: Support inventory flows by receiving, prepping, and merchandising stock; assist with inventory analytics and floor ready services.
- Brand presentation: Ensure the studio remains visually aligned, orderly, and aligned with Mango’s values—on-site, online, and beyond.
- Team collaboration: Align with colleagues to resolve challenges, escalate issues, and foster a culture of shared ownership in delivering on sales, service, and operational targets.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a passion for serving customers with Mango’s energy.
- Customer service acumen with proven ability to turn interactions into positive outcomes.
- Sales intuition—anticipating needs and confidently steering shoppers toward products that delight them.
- Attention to detail: Confidence in counselling policies, cash control, and stock handling.
- Adaptability: Comfort operating across multiple functions (sales, stock, finance) with variable demand.
- Optional: QB, Mac, or POS software familiarity; customer service training or experience is beneficial.
