The Role
Veeva is seeking a skilled Multimedia Producer to join our rapidly growing Creative Services team to support the creation of high-quality video content for our wide range of industry-leading SaaS products in the life sciences sector. Because our team is distributed across international time zones, this role requires a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership of projects from brief to delivery with minimal direct supervision. You will work alongside experienced video producers and designers to assist in editing, animation, and producing video content that aligns with Veeva’s brand standards and strategic objectives.

What You'll Do
Execute high-quality edits for a diverse range of content, including technical product demos, event promos, customer stories, and explainer videos Design and implement motion graphics and animations that elevate storytelling and simplify complex SaaS concepts Refine audio and voiceover tracks to ensure professional-grade clarity, consistency, and impact across all deliverables Partner with senior producers and designers to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives Act as a creative consultant for stakeholders, providing expert perspectives on video best practices and recommending innovative solutions to meet business goals Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all content is high-craft, on-strategy, and aligned with Veeva’s visual identity Assist in managing the post-production lifecycle, including organizing assets and maintaining an efficient, scalable workflow Stay up-to-date on industry trends in video and motion graphics to continually evolve and sharpen Veeva’s visual expression
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics for SaaS or B2B technology companies Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong motion design skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical stories Strong project management skills; capable of handling multiple deadlines and working autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment Confident collaborator experienced in working with stakeholders, partners, and customers across different time zones High-caliber portfolio showcasing polished video, animation, and sharp attention to detail Proactive problem-solver who anticipates production needs and challenges without requiring constant oversight Willingness to travel for onsite event production, as needed
