Why this role exists
At BON CHARGE we believe your day is shaped by light, and someone has to show the world what that looks like. That is this role. You are the photographer, videographer and graphic designer for our London team: three crafts, one creative, making everything from premium product photography and short-form video to the editorial graphics that bring our science to life.
This is a craft role held to a premium bar: considered light, clean composition, a consistent look across every medium you work in. Native to the platforms our content lives on, elevated in how it is made.
What you'll own
Graphic Design
- Visual assets for written content, in close collaboration with our editorial team: graphics, infographics, diagrams, timelines, comparison charts and process illustrations
- Premium editorial imagery: banners, article headers, social tiles and quote cards
- Static and carousel assets for social and campaigns that hold to brand guidelines
- Translating editorial briefs into polished, on-brand visuals, delivered to editorial deadlines
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Photography
- Premium photography across product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes for social, editorial, web and campaigns
- A consistent visual signature: light, composition and grade that make BON CHARGE imagery recognisable at a glance
Video
- Short-form video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts: shooting, editing and shipping content built for the platform, with an elevated visual standard throughout
- Coverage across product, education, founder moments and events: comfortable filming founders, scientists and live moments, and directing non-professional talent on camera
Across everything
- Optimising and repurposing assets across web, email and social so every piece of work goes further
- The idea pipeline: pitching concepts, formats and series, then making them real
- The content library: organising files, managing footage and keeping shoot logistics running
- Working within approved claims language for a regulated wellness category, with creative sign-off
Who you are
- 3 to 5 years working across design, photography and video professionally, in-house, agency or as an established freelancer: you have been the creative department, not one seat in it
- A portfolio showing real craft in all three: clean, considered graphic design, premium photography, and video you shot and edited yourself
- Confident in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma at a professional level: you can build an infographic from a brief, not just resize a template
- Fluent shooting on iPhone and mirrorless, with real visual craft: you understand light, composition and grade
- Confident editing in Premiere or similar
- Taste and judgement: everything you make feels premium, whatever the medium and however fast it was made
- Self-sufficient on a shoot: you can plan, light, capture and deliver without a big production team
- Organised across parallel workstreams: design briefs, shoots and edits in the same week without dropping the standard
- Into wellness, health science or human performance: you will be making content about light, sleep and recovery every day, so it helps if you find it as interesting as we do
