To effectively co-ordinate multinational programmes through the full lifecycle (policy administration, claims, risk engineering, and cashflow management) working with producing underwriting teams and Global Network offices.
We are seeking a Multinational Service Handler to join our Multinational team, supporting the delivery and administration of global insurance programmes.
Working closely with Producing Underwriters, brokers, international offices and key internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring multinational programmes are managed efficiently, remain compliant with local regulations, and are delivered successfully throughout the policy lifecycle.
Your New Role
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of multinational insurance programmes from new business through to renewal.
- Partner closely with Producing Office Underwriters to ensure programmes are delivered compliantly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and communicate programme information with brokers, global underwriters, local offices and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage new business, renewal and mid-term adjustment documentation to support programme delivery.
- Produce proposal assessments, including local servicing costs, taxes and other key underwriting considerations.
- Issue accurate servicing instructions to local offices and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
- Manage local payments, premium collections and support effective cash management processes.
- Monitor programme performance through reporting and tracking tools, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems, ensuring high standards of data quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the multinational lifecycle.

- Previous experience in programme coordination, operations, administration, client service, customer service, project support, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience working within a regulated, compliance-driven, multinational or complex business environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
