I'm partnering with a rapidly scaling technology company that's building an innovative software platform used by customers across multiple international markets.
Following significant growth, they're hiring several Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a high-performing product engineering team. If you enjoy building exceptional user experiences, working across the full stack, and solving challenging technical problems in a collaborative environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.
- Location: Hybrid – London
- Salary: £100,000–£110,000 Base + Equity
🚀 The Opportunity
You'll join a product-focused engineering team responsible for building and evolving key areas of a modern software platform.
You'll work on:
- Customer-facing web and mobile applications
- Scalable frontend and backend services
- Modern user experiences
- AI-enabled product capabilities
- Performance, reliability and platform improvements
- Features that directly impact customers and business growth

🌳 What You'll Do
You'll own features from concept through production, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Building applications using React, React Native, Node.js and TypeScript
- Developing end-to-end product features
- Designing scalable full stack solutions
- Collaborating on technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
- Mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture
- Shipping high-quality software in a fast-moving environment

🌱 We're Looking For
You'll likely have:
- Strong commercial experience with React and exposure to React Native
- Full stack development experience using Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience building scalable, customer-facing products
- A product mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
- Experience working in modern product engineering environments
- Startup or scale-up experience with a high level of ownership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity around AI and modern software engineering
