This is what you'll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across high-volume production lines:
- Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of modern machinery, including precision cutters, conveyor belts, vacuum sealers.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime and maintain production targets under pressure.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and suggest practical upgrades to equipment and processes.
- Anticipate problems before they arise, helping to improve system reliability and prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety practices, contributing to a safe and productive workplace.
