Multiskilled Engineer (Days Only)

£42,000 - £48,000 + Unlimited Overtime (OTE £55,000+) + Progression + Training + 4 on 4 off

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs across a range of production and packaging machinery. Working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you will diagnose electrical faults, carry out mechanical maintenance where required, and help ensure maximum equipment reliability and production uptime.

This position would suit a Multiskilled Engineer looking for a secure, days-only role with a favourable 4 on 4 off shift pattern, significant overtime opportunities, and genuine prospects for career development.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on production machinery
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
  • Completing mechanical maintenance and repairs where required
  • Maintaining production and packaging equipment to minimise downtime
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food manufacturing standards
  • Days only, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7:00am - 7:00pm)

The Person:

  • Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar
  • 18th Edition qualified
  • Experience within manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environments
  • Commutable to Cannock
