We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Site Engineer who can keep a busy production site running smoothly, safely and efficiently. Think of yourself as the person who keeps the wheels turning, literally.
Machinery, site maintenance, fault-finding, improvements… if you enjoy a role where no two days look the same, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping fabrication machinery in top condition with planned maintenance
- Jumping into action when breakdowns happen
- Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Installing, commissioning, relocating, and upgrading machinery
- Looking after the wider site lighting, heating, compressed air, general repairs
- Keeping records tidy, accurate, and compliant
- Spotting opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and safety
- Working with contractors, suppliers, and the wider team

What You Bring
- Solid experience in maintenance or multi-skilled engineering
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Confidence working with industrial machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
- Experience with UPVC fabrication machinery
- Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, 18th Edition etc.)
- PLC knowledge
- IOSH or similar H&S qualification
