Company Overview
A well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team, supporting high-speed automated production and site services equipment.
Role And Responsibilities
- Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical responsibilities, focused on keeping production equipment running efficiently
- Skilled in fault-finding, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns safely and effectively
- Able to identify performance issues, record findings clearly and communicate improvements to enhance reliability
- Ensures all equipment and maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards within a regulated food production environment

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Solid experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in food production or FMCG
- Both mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience
- Experience with refrigeration systems, glycol chillers or industrial boilers (desired)
- Basic welding skills advantageous
