Job Description
We are looking for a flexible and reliable Multitask Team Member to join our hotel team. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent guest service.
About The Role
As a Multitask Team Member, you will support the daily operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance duties. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the day and night.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house, F&B related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Multitasking Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 12 talents. Our Hotel Managed offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week. The hourly rate is £14.80 on day shift, £15.30 on night shift.
Only candidates with the legal right to work full-time in the UK will be considered.
