Musculoskeletal Outpatients Physiotherapist & Staff Service Physiotherapy Team Lead

About the Role

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Musculoskeletal Outpatients Physiotherapist looking to take the next step in your career?

This fixed-term opportunity offers an exciting chance to lead and develop the Staff Physiotherapy Service alongside the Musculoskeletal Outpatients Service within the Brownsword Therapies Centre.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the outpatient physiotherapy service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide supervision, training, and appraisals to the outpatient physiotherapy team.
  • Undertake advanced assessments and treatments for patients with diverse musculoskeletal presentations.
  • Manage the Staff Physiotherapy Service, including assessing and treating staff with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Report on the progress of ongoing service projects aligned with local, divisional, and trust-wide objectives.
  • Deputise for the Deputy Head of Therapies - Outpatients in their absence.

  • Unique Perks: From on-site leagues and amenities (even a pool!) to housing and transport guidance for Bath, we support every aspect of living and working here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
