Role Description

The Music Manager will oversee the day-to-day business and career operations for SoloHunna in a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating releases
  • Managing timelines
  • Aligning marketing, promotion, and performance schedules with broader career objectives
  • Securing and managing partnerships
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Monitoring revenue streams from recordings, live shows, and merchandise
  • Maintaining communication with labels, distributors, agents, and other industry stakeholders
  • Supporting creative planning around music projects, visual content, and branding
  • Regular tasks also include organizing meetings, tracking goals, reviewing data and analytics, and ensuring that SoloHunna’s artistic vision and professional interests are consistently represented and advanced.

  • Skills in Music Licensing and Music Supervision to manage rights, placements, and usage across platforms and media.
  • Skills in Music Production and Music to understand creative processes, project timelines, and technical requirements when coordinating releases.
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with artists, partners, and industry professionals, and to manage negotiations and expectations.
  • Prior experience in artist management, label operations, or talent representation is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the UK and international music industry, including streaming, live performance, and digital marketing strategies, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person meetings and events in the London Area and remote coordination.
  • Relevant education or training in music business, entertainment management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory if offset by substantial experience.
