Music School Education Partnerships Manager
Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote (UK-based) with travel to client sites Compensation: £45,000 – £50,000 / year + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings £10,000 annually)

Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop-based in-school music education provider, inspiring fun and inclusive band lessons for primary-aged children. Their mission is to amplify children’s confidence and ensure equitable access to music education, serving thousands of schools across the UK.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Education Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our music programmes across multi-academy trusts (MATs), schools, and music hubs.
Key Responsibilities
As an Education Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Act as a passionate and charismatic advocate for Rocksteady, representing the organisation at trust meetings, SLT sessions, and national education events.
- Deliver high-impact presentations to inspire and influence senior stakeholders—from small leadership discussions to large conferences.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with MATs, schools, and music hubs to expand Rocksteady’s presence.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-making bodies, communicating the impact and value of our music education programmes.
- Take ownership of lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and progressing them into multi-school partnerships.
- Manage a high-performing sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and steady progress toward targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
- Partner with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and presentations, and attend key education events.

Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong background in sales, especially in schools, trusts, or education sectors.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confidence in presenting, and influencing at a C-suite level.
- A genuine passion for music education and an understanding of its transformative power for children.
- Experience adapting to regulated and changing environments (e.g., Ofsted frameworks, policy updates).
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to regularly travel.
- Commit to an inclusive, partnership-based sales approach focused on long-term trust.
