Music Teacher - West London

Flexible Starts | Long-Term Opportunities

Are you a passionate Music Teacher looking for your next role in West London? Academics is currently working with a number of secondary schools across West London and is looking to register an enthusiastic Music Teacher for upcoming long-term and permanent opportunities.

If you are an experienced Music Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking your first post, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their performance, composition and listening skills. Successful candidates will be passionate about fostering creativity, building students' confidence and encouraging participation in both classroom and extracurricular music.

The successful candidate will have:

  • UK QTS, QTLS or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience teaching Music within a secondary school.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • A commitment to raising student achievement and promoting a love of music.
  • The ability to contribute to concerts, performances and extracurricular activities is desirable.
