The Role
Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available). Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that develop students' musical knowledge and performance skills. Encourage participation in school productions, concerts, and extracurricular music activities. Assess and monitor student progress effectively. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed. Contribute to the continued development of the Music curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to achieve full QTS by September 2026. Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music education. Can inspire students of all abilities. Has excellent classroom management and communication skills. Is committed to raising attainment and supporting student success. ECTs and experienced teachers are warmly encouraged to apply.

Salary
Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) – £33,075 to £50,471 per annum, dependent on experience and pay scale placement.
