Are you passionate about breaking down barriers to support people to live a more independent and fulfilling life?

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our highly successful, and growing, Community Activity & Wellbeing Team to deliver excellent support in the community.

Whether you are looking for a rewarding role enabling vulnerable people to achieve their goals or an opportunity to gain skills and experience in the health and social care sector, becoming an Enablement Worker could be the perfect position for you.

You will be able to demonstrate being proactive in your approach to care and a willingness to adapt and change as we develop with new innovations and challenges within the care sector.


About Us

Charlton Arms is supported living accommodation with individuals who have Profound and multiple learning disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism. We are looking for someone to provide high quality care with these individuals.

This position will require you to think outside the box and adapt activities and daily household tasks, bring the fun and most importantly happiness to the individual’s you’ll be supporting, thinking about things such as sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, learning new skills and accessing the community.

Whilst previous experience is preferred, this is not essential as we’re looking for people with the right values to join our team
