Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, our new company blends the best of two worlds: one steeped in industry-leading expertise and the heritage of prestige juice brands, and another rooted in a true entrepreneurial, agile mindset

Our amazing Marketing team in London (UK) is now looking for a Brand Manager to work on Naked!

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

As part of a small, entrepreneurial brand team, you’ll play a crucial role in growing Naked through strong consumer curiosity, creative thinking and smart resource allocation. You’ll need to spot cultural opportunities and execute them brilliantly and will support the Senior Brand Manager on Naked with the development of the brand strategy and the innovation pipeline.

We’re looking for someone who spots opportunities others miss and has the entrepreneurial spirit to make things happen. You’ll be passionate about consumers and brand building, full of ambition, digitally savvy, commercially minded, and able to build strong relationships across the business to get things done. The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support Naked’s media planning and campaign development as the creative platform evolves, ensuring media channel selection and communications resonate with existing consumers and attract new category buyers to drive penetration.
  • Support the innovation and renovation pipeline for Naked, with a particular focus on distinctive propositions that strengthen the brand’s unique positioning.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager on Naked with the development of the brand strategy and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and maximise the impact of activities.

  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to land key messages and win hearts and minds.

The role is based in London Farringdon (UK) and it will be required to come to the office between 2 and 3 days a week.
