Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is a leading global investment bank and financial services firm, known for working with top companies, governments, and institutions.

This role is contract for 3-6 months!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a project to streamline the documentation and organisation of institutional partner information across Wealth Management.
  • Analyse existing system data to identify inconsistencies, gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
  • Coordinate system updates to ensure accurate, complete and consistent information across the business.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain updated KYC information and supporting documentation where required.
  • Partner with Wealth Management Operations to ensure updates are reviewed and approved in line with internal procedures.
  • Perform quality checks to validate accuracy, completeness and adherence to project standards.
  • Develop a project playbook documenting processes, controls and key decisions for ongoing maintenance.
  • Support data remediation, reporting and issue resolution across multiple systems while collaborating with sales, Operations and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of AML and KYC processes, including client onboarding and account maintenance, preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a small, focused team and adapting to changing priorities.

We are seeking candidates at both Analyst and Associate levels to support a Wealth Management data remediation and documentation initiative. The level and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and expertise.

Daily rate (umbrella):

  • Analyst: £350/day
  • Associate: £400/day
