Location - SW London, 3 days PW at HQ, 2 days WFH
We've partnered with a well-known global H&B Business brand looking for someone to join their international AMZ team. The role will lead the UK AMZ relationship with the goal of commercially driving consumers online consumer experience.
The Role
As the National Account Manager (Amazon), you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business as a vendor to Amazon retail in Europe. You will serve as an industry expert for Amazon and other marketplaces and take ownership of the business' branded presence and operating model with a number of digital partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations of the business as a vendor to Amazon retail
- Oversee seasonal new product loads into Amazon systems
- Act as an industry expert within the business for Amazon and other marketplaces
- Interpret and action performance data
- Liaison with customer operations
- Provide recommendations on driving revenue through analysis of customer sell-through, inventory, and KPIs
- Lead seasonal customer sell-in meetings
Key Skills/Experience Required

- Excellent knowledge of online marketplaces
- Working knowledge of Amazon's systems and deep understanding to interface with Amazon across the board
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Solid commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace industry trends
- Experience preparing content for use on e-commerce platforms
- Operated on Amazon Vendor Central account
- Experience with a product feed management tool
- Experience using sell-through data
- Relevant sports/apparel category experience is desirable but not essential!
