About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life.
The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place!
Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Overview of the Role
Join Salesforce as a Named Account Executive focused on the UK Telecommunications sector, owning a patch of around 8 key network provider accounts.
You'll be part of a high-energy, high-earnings team where telco customers are actively investing in AI. Your commercial instincts and hunter mentality will directly shape your success.
Responsibilities
- Own a named portfolio of UK telco accounts, driving net new and expansion revenue across a fast-paced, high-velocity deal environment (typical deal size £300k–£500k).
- Build and manage pipeline independently by proactively prospecting, opening new doors, and progressing deals from discovery through to close.
- Develop compelling, value-based business cases that align Salesforce's AI and platform capabilities to the specific commercial priorities of each telco customer.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for your patch.
Required Qualifications
- Enterprise or growth business (GB) sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding quota in complex B2B environments.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality.
- Proven ability to prospect independently, build pipeline, and close new business without heavy resource support.
- Strong value-selling skills with the ability to build business cases tied to customer outcomes.
- Evidence of resilience and the ability to learn from setbacks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
