NTS Advisory Engagement Lead
As an NTS Advisory Engagement Lead you will play a critical role in partnering with trade surveillance customers globally, delivering high-impact advisory engagements, and contributing to the growth of Nasdaq's advisory function. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver advisory engagements, enabling customers to optimise the value of their NTS implementations.
- Apply industry experience and technical expertise to help customers improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their surveillance controls.
- Utilise proprietary analytical tools to assess customer and market data, providing actionable recommendations on risk and control coverage, alert scenario optimisation, and data control frameworks.
- Partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless, integrated customer experience.
- Contribute to the advisory function's growth strategy, including the development of analytical tools and scalable frameworks to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience in a trade surveillance or compliance monitoring role within a global financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of price discovery mechanisms and asset class structures, including Equities, Listed Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
- Familiarity with market regulation and surveillance frameworks such as MAR, FINRA, or SEC requirements.
- Proven ability to perform complex analysis, communicate findings clearly, and produce concise, high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building analytical tools, automations, or working with AI-assisted development.
- Proficiency with the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance platform or comparable trade surveillance solutions.
- Experience handling and analysing large datasets in a compliance or surveillance context.
This position is located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment of at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
