The role:
The UK Sales channel at Kao is an exciting, dynamic and continuously evolving part of our business.
The National Account Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to deliver its strategy through best-in-class execution of our brands. Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across the three channels, including Bricks and Mortar, as well as across ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you will do:
General Administration
- Supporting the sales team to achieve their EPOS and sales targets
- Managing retailer nomination & new line forms
- Actioning UK retailer invoices
- Ensuring internal documents are updated with latest UK listings, agreed commercials and critical information
- Supporting UK team with onboarding new customers
- Supporting UK team with creating retailer presentations
- Supporting UK team with investment tracking/analysing

Digital assets
- Supporting UK sales and marketing teams on digital asset projects for retailers, supporting with briefing documents and liaison when required
Retail Tracking & Audits
- Running weekly checks on all.com pages - ensuring all content, pricing and imagery is correct across all retailers, if anything is incorrect following this up with the correct SNAM/Marketing contact
- Conducting Monthly Store Visits, reporting back brand and competitor analysis
Other
- Executing ad hoc requests from marketing team - tracked links for online activity, etc
- Providing product support – samples to retailers etc
- Completing ad hoc requests from retailers
- Producing content for presentations for internal use
- Weekly EPOS downloads & tracker updates with any key commentary
- Monthly total channel specific reporting – share tracking, competitor analysis
- Any ad hoc reporting required aligned to key projects/presentations

Ad Hoc (Project work / new customer set up)
- Assisting NAM/SNAMs to set up new customers with both internal and external processes
- Assisting with retailer events/samples/influencer giveaways etc
- Capturing any retailer executions both Online & Offline
What you will need:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Excel skills at intermediate/advanced level
- Proficient in Word, Canva and Powerpoint
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to analyse information and offer recommendations
- Some relevant experience in FMCG sales/dotcom preferred but not required
- Interest / passion for the Beauty category
